Giveaway Day!

Hi Everyone,

I am participating in the Sew Mama Sew Giveaway Day. Here is what I am giving away.

To have a chance to win these patterns, I have a question that needs to be answered. I enjoy watching TV shows on DVD while I quilt. So far, I have watched House and am now working through Lost. What I need from you is a recommendation for my next series to watch, and it does not have to be a show still on TV. I will keep my giveaway open until 4:00 pm EST on Thursday May 20th, and will be drawing the winner randomly. I will contact the winner and international entries are welcome, as well as my fellow Canadians! Good luck with mine and all the other giveaways!

My favorite show to watch while sewing and exercising on the stationary bike is "Scrubs" Lots of seasons of DVD's and tons of laughs.

I like the Gray's anatomy series very much. Funny, romantic, drama. Everything in one serie.

I don't watch alot of TV shows, just sports with my hubby {great time to quilt!} But I do listen to Pat Sloan's radio shows while quilting. Thanks for the chance to win.

Firefly was a great show as is Castle, the star of Firefly. Fun shows and nothing too serious. Firefly was unceremoniously canceled, but I really enjoyed it!

I love Private Practice and Ugly Betty

You must watch Gilmore Girls and then the Stargate anthologies. My DIL and I bonded over Gilmore Girls when I was staying there right after she had my first grandchild. Long live the Loreleis!

I would recommend any of the BBC nature documentaries (like Planet Earth, Life of Birds, etc) However, they are so engrossing you may stop crafting!! I love putting musicals on while I sew. :-)

A lot of great answers but Ive been watching Bones and it's been pretty good. Not so detailed you have to pay super close attention but still entertaining.

Anthony Bourdain, No Reservations. I can stream it on Netflix. I LOVE it while I work! But it gives me that travel bug!

Arrested Development. It didn't last very long on TV, which is a crying shame. It is hilarious! I also crack up over My Name is Earl. Good stuff!

Ooh! Watch "Lie To Me". It's a great new series on Fox.

I have watched Ghost Whisperer and also listened to books on dvd while quilting. I'll have to order House on netflix next. Hadn't thought of that one. Thanks for the idea!

Big Love.
HBO does TV so well... but this one doesn't make my soul feel polluted a the end. It's also great with subtlety and ambiguity and character development, of course. :)

Great patterns I would love to win! I'd have to say you should watch Grey's Anatomy - I just watched them all through NetFlix!

Well my fav show on Hulu is the Dick Van Dyke show, but that is totally different from the shows you mentioned! If you like classic comedy though, I think it is hilarious!

I rent old DVD's from the library and I love it when I can get my hands on an old TV series like Bewitched.
And I re-watch the whole Grey's Anatomy when each season comes out on DVD.
But my favorite is to listen to CBC podcasts of shows like Vinyl Cafe and Tapestry.
I just noticed that some of the fabric in your blog header would look great in my next mystery quilt!

Do you like British humour?! I just loved 'Black Books!' but it's really quirky!
And then of course there's CSI-Vegas...I can't get enough of that one!
Thx for sharing!
