"Mary, Mary, quite contrary"
By Mother Goose
Mary, Mary, quite contrary
How does your garden grow?
With silver bells and cockleshells
And pretty maids all in a row.

These boxes remind me of this poem. They were made as thank you gifts for people who have supported my children. I used the pattern from Seaside Stitches and Freemotion by the River. The sides are meant to be sewn down but I liked how they resembled tulips to me and decided to keep them that way. As always I need to make one for myself now.

Those "tulips" make great gifts! I should really have a couple on hand, ready to go...
