Storm The Castle - Conquered!
I have finally conquered Storm The Castle! It was finished for Family Day Weekend and a wonderful time to give it to my nephew. He and I pieced it together last March Break. We started with the pattern from Crazy Mom Quilts, and when we realized we did not have enough of the background fabric we redesigned it. After my nephew received it, he spent a great deal of time, telling his grandmother (my mom) every bit of the quilting process. He remembered all of it!
I love this Castle Peep fabric. I had originally bought it for my son and now I need to make one of these quilts for him. Linking it up to Finish it Friday at Crazy Mom Quilts, TGIFF and Can I Get a Whoop, Whoop!

Love it and I adore the name too! Great job and I am glad he liked it.
Turned out wonderfully!
Ooh, this quilt is super fun, and it's name is terrific. I really love this fabric line. :)
It looks so great!! I love that he remembers all the details - probably always will. That's a special quilt for sure! Hope my nephew has good memories like this someday.
How fun! I love it (and the name too!) Happy to hear you and your son made it together, how sweet!
What a great story... love it when kids are engaged with a project! Really fun quilt.
Cute finish!!
